Assembly Instructions

Most in-stock cabinet orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Depending on the order size and destination, your cabinets may ship by parcel carrier or freight carrier.
For large freight deliveries, we recommend having someone available to receive the shipment. If you notice damaged packaging, missing cartons, or delivery concerns, take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Our team will help review the shipment and assist with the next steps.
Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified, and kept in the original packaging with all included parts and hardware.
If you need to change, cancel, or return an order, contact us first so we can confirm the order status and provide the correct return instructions. For damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items, our team will review the issue and help with a replacement, part request, or claim when applicable.
Eligible cabinet products purchased from RTA Cabinets House are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
