What does RTA mean?

RTA stands for ready-to-assemble. RTA cabinets are shipped unassembled and are designed to be assembled before installation.

Are your cabinets ready to assemble?

Yes. Our cabinet products are ready-to-assemble and designed for residential kitchen and bathroom projects.

What types of cabinets do you sell?

We offer base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, vanities, and cabinet accessories such as fillers, panels, toe kicks, moldings, and finishing parts.

Do all cabinets have the same construction?

Yes, Our current eligible cabinet products follow a same standard cabinet construction, including plywood cabinet box construction, solid hardwood face frame, 5-piece HDF door and drawer front, and soft-close features where applicable.

Construction details may vary for accessories, sample doors, specialty items, or non-cabinet components.

Are soft-close hinges and drawer glides included?

Eligible cabinet products include soft-close features where applicable. Some products, accessories, or cabinet types may not include hinges, drawer glides, or drawer components.

Sample Doors

What are sample doors for?

Sample doors help you review cabinet color, finish, and door style in your own space before placing a full cabinet order.

Why should I order a sample door first?

A sample door lets you compare the cabinet finish with your flooring, countertops, backsplash, wall color, and home lighting before committing to a larger cabinet order.

Will the color look exactly the same as it does online?

Product colors may appear different depending on lighting, screen settings, surrounding materials, and production batches. Ordering a sample door is recommended when color matching is important.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturer or fulfillment partner’s warehouse. The shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and order destination.

Do cabinet orders ship by freight?

Cabinet orders may ship by parcel carrier or freight carrier depending on product size, weight, order quantity, and destination.

Do you offer lift gate service?

Lift gate service is not currently offered at checkout. If special delivery services are needed, please contact us before placing your order.

What should I do when my order is delivered?

Please inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. For freight shipments, visible damage, missing cartons, broken pallets, damaged shrink wrap, or packaging issues should be noted on the delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery before signing.

What if my order arrives damaged or has missing items?

For parcel shipments, damage or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For concealed damage, missing parts, or product issues discovered after opening the package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.

What condition must a return be in?

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified, returned in original packaging, and returned with all included parts, components, and hardware.

Are assembled or installed cabinets returnable?

No. Assembled cabinets, installed cabinets, modified items, cut items, used items, and items not in original packaging are not eligible for return.

Is there a restocking fee?

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, assembled, or shipped. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Warranty

Do your cabinets come with a warranty?

Eligible cabinet products purchased from RTA Cabinets House are covered by our 5-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation, improper storage or handling, misuse, water damage, moisture exposure, job-site damage, modification, normal wear and tear, natural color variation, or damage caused by environmental conditions.

How do I request warranty assistance?

Please contact us at info@rtacabinetshouse.com with your order number, product SKU, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
