Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with RTA Cabinets House. This Return & Refund Policy explains return eligibility, return authorization, restocking fees, cancellation rules, and refund processing.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact RTA Cabinets House and receive return authorization before sending any item back.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.

Important: Please do not return products to the shipping origin address, manufacturer warehouse, or any address shown on the package unless RTA Cabinets House has provided return authorization and return instructions.

Eligible Return Condition

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • Uninstalled
  • Unmodified
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Returned with all included parts, components, and hardware

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Assembled cabinets
  • Installed cabinets
  • Used items
  • Modified, cut, painted, refinished, or altered items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items missing parts, components, or hardware
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, installation, or job-site conditions
  • Products returned without prior return authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved error, defect, or damage claim.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. RTA Cabinets House is not responsible for unauthorized returns, lost return shipments, or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by an approved claim or order issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Damage, Missing Items, Defects, or Wrong Items

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items should not be returned through the standard return process.

Please contact us with your order number, product SKU, photos, and delivery documentation so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement, part request, or claim.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, assembled, or shipped.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@rtacabinetshouse.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product SKU or item name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Confirmation that the item is unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging
