Warranty Coverage

Eligible cabinet products purchased from RTA Cabinets House are covered by our 5-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a product is determined to have a qualifying defect covered by this warranty, RTA Cabinets House may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, replacement components, repair support, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of eligible cabinet products purchased directly from RTA Cabinets House. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original delivery date and continues for 5 years, subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations listed on this page.

Products Covered

This warranty applies to eligible cabinet products sold by RTA Cabinets House. Coverage may vary by product type, cabinet collection, component, or product condition.

Cabinet accessories, sample doors, special-order items, replacement parts, clearance items, and non-cabinet products may have different warranty coverage or may not be covered unless otherwise stated.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, proper storage, proper handling, and proper installation.

Natural Variation and Color Differences

Wood, painted finishes, stained finishes, and cabinet materials may show natural variation in grain, texture, color, and appearance. These variations are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear different depending on lighting, surrounding materials, screen settings, surrounding materials, and production batches.

Inspection Before Assembly or Installation

Customers should inspect all products before assembly, modification, or installation. If you notice a possible defect, please contact us before assembling, cutting, modifying, or installing the product.

Important: Installing, assembling, modifying, cutting, painting, or altering a product may limit warranty eligibility.

Installation and Job-Site Conditions

Cabinets must be stored, handled, and installed properly. Products should be kept in a clean, dry, climate-appropriate environment before installation.

Damage caused by job-site conditions, improper storage, improper installation, moisture exposure, or modification is not covered by this warranty.
