RTA Cabinets House is the online store and brand through which NookCraft Cabinetry LLC offers ready-to-assemble cabinetry, related products, and related services. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on our website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, access, browse, use, or make a purchase from this website.

Section 3 - Cabinet Design, Planning, and Free Design Help

Any cabinet design help, layout guidance, 10 ft kitchen starter set information, sample door guidance, cabinet list suggestions, or product recommendations provided by RTA Cabinets House are intended for general cabinet planning and product selection support only.

Our free design help is not architectural, engineering, installation, permit-ready, code-compliance, or construction documentation service. Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, appliance specifications, site conditions, installation requirements, local code requirements, and final product selections before placing an order.

Final cabinet needs may vary based on actual room conditions, appliance openings, sink locations, fillers, panels, trim, installation methods, and contractor recommendations.

Section 4 - Sample Doors and Visual References

Sample doors are intended to help customers review cabinet color, finish, and door style before placing a full cabinet order. Product colors may still vary due to lighting, surrounding materials, screen display, and production batches.

Images, renderings, gallery photos, remodel inspiration images, 3D videos, and visual examples on our website are provided for design inspiration and general reference. Actual products, colors, dimensions, layouts, and components may vary by product type, size, and configuration.

Section 5 - 10 Ft Kitchen Starter Sets

10 ft kitchen starter sets are intended as starter cabinet combinations for price comparison and early-stage planning. They are not complete kitchen packages and may not include every item required for a full kitchen installation.

Final cabinet needs may vary depending on room measurements, appliance openings, sink location, fillers, panels, trim, toe kicks, moldings, installation requirements, and other project-specific details. Customers should review all included products, quantities, SKUs, dimensions, and specifications before ordering.

Section 6 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RTA Cabinets House reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by RTA Cabinets House. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. This includes product names, SKUs, quantities, colors, dimensions, shipping information, billing information, and contact information.

We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been processed, packed, assembled, shipped, or otherwise prepared for fulfillment.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return, refund, cancellation, and claim rules according to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal, household, business, project, or professional use, and not for unauthorized resale, illegal export, or prohibited use.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

In-stock items typically dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary due to peak periods, holidays, inventory changes, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders may ship by parcel carrier or freight carrier depending on product size, weight, order quantity, and destination.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, inventory changes, incorrect shipping information, delivery access limitations, or events outside our control.

Shipping damage, missing items, concealed damage, delivery issues, and claim requirements are handled according to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting damage or missing items within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.

Section 9 - Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery with return authorization. Items must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified, returned in original packaging, and returned with all included parts, components, and hardware.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by an approved claim or order issue.

Orders may be changed or canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, assembled, or shipped. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund. Customers should not return products to the shipping origin address, warehouse address, or any address shown on the package without receiving return authorization from RTA Cabinets House.

Section 10 - Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy.

Eligible cabinet products purchased from RTA Cabinets House are covered by our 5-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or issues caused by improper installation, improper storage or handling, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, water damage, moisture exposure, job-site damage, modification, cutting, drilling, painting, refinishing, alteration, normal wear and tear, natural wood grain or color variation, environmental conditions, or unauthorized return shipping.

Warranty approval is not guaranteed. Claims are reviewed based on product eligibility, warranty terms, condition of the product, and supporting documentation.

Section 11 - Intellectual Property

Our website and services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product information, videos, designs, layout, and other content, are owned by RTA Cabinets House, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
