Thank you for shopping with RTA Cabinets House. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and reviewed for damage or missing items.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, inventory changes, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping destination, carrier schedule, product size, and freight availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

This warehouse location may be used for fulfillment and shipping-related operations. Please do not send returns to this address unless you have received return authorization and return instructions from RTA Cabinets House.

Shipping Methods

Cabinet orders may ship by parcel carrier or freight carrier depending on product size, weight, order quantity, and destination.

Shipping rates, available delivery options, and eligible shipping destinations are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

To receive a shipping quote, please add your selected items to the cart and enter your delivery address at checkout. Available shipping rates and delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page when available.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, product size, order weight, number of items, and carrier requirements.

Freight Delivery

Large cabinet orders may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require someone to be present at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can receive freight shipments. This may include access for delivery trucks, safe unloading conditions, and an authorized person available to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Lift Gate Service

Lift gate service is not currently offered at checkout. If special delivery services are needed, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. For freight shipments, visible damage, missing cartons, broken pallets, damaged shrink wrap, or packaging issues should be noted on the delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery before signing.

We recommend taking photos of the shipment, pallet, packaging, and cartons at the time of delivery, even if the shipment appears to be in good condition.

Important: If visible damage or missing cartons are not noted on the delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery, it may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or provide replacement support.

Damage or Missing Items

For parcel shipments, damage or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

For concealed damage, missing parts, or product issues discovered after opening the package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Required Claim Information

To help us review a damage, missing item, or delivery issue, please submit our Claim Form or contact us at info@rtacabinetshouse.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Product SKU or item name
  • Photos of the exterior packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item or missing part area
  • Photos of the pallet or cartons, if applicable
  • Delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery, if available
  • A brief description of the issue

Keep Packaging and Product Materials

Please keep the product, packaging, cartons, pallets, and related materials until the claim review is complete. Carriers or fulfillment partners may require photos or additional inspection before approving a claim.

Unauthorized Returns to Shipping Origin

Please do not return products to the warehouse address, manufacturer warehouse, fulfillment location, or any address shown on the package without first receiving return authorization from RTA Cabinets House.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected, re-delivered, returned, or reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
